I hope that everyone in a country that celebrates it is having a great Labor Day! The day that was created to give the working man and woman a break is also a great day to do something else: look at the pop culture spectrum to see who needs to take today to rest and then... start doing something, anything. Now, we did it last year and I think that this year we have a lot more candidates for people who need to really get to work right after Labor Day ends. And they really need it...

She was just named anchor of "World News Tonight" now that Charlie Gibson has stepped down which means that the show will get the dose of glam that the nightly news needs. Plus, with her and Katie Couric it's, oh I know this is a little sexist but I can't help myself... "This is Ladies Night and the feelings' right, oh this is ladies night, oh what a night!" Brian Williams, I'm including you too.
Okay for this last one, I wanted to suggest the opposite. Instead of having to get to work, this person needs to take a few more days off...
