The Sunday Swoon

Michael Urie.
[p.s. hey kiddies! I just got back from the big Gay Pride Parade in Manhattan with my friend James, who was less than enthused when I screamed out that I saw Michael Urie from ABC's "Ugly Betty." Then the amazing thing happened! I waved... AND URIE WAVED BACK! Then I snapped a picture like a psycho and waved back! AND HE WAVED AGAIN! Clearly, it was written in the stars...]
[p.s.s. Urie is starring in a new show in NYC called "The Temperamentals," which is why he was there. I may try to see it before it closes if I have the time...]
[p.s.s.s. FYI, the next two weeks here on the blog are going to be star studded! We have stories galore and soon we'll be celebrating our own GAY PRIDE WEEK at the blog! Because Gay Pride isn't just for June. It's for anytime! See you then! And come back every day this week for more!]

Jun-
I don't mean to be dense but the link to "James"? Is he the writer? Was he one of the photos? Was it right in front of my teenie-tiny, child like nose and I didn't see it?

J!
also, you ALWAYS have the BEST links! The URIE half of the link took me to a nice little clip that was informative and entertaining. I don't have time or the resources to keep up with everything, but since reading your blog and following your links I am WAY COOLER to my nieces and nephews and all their friends. I know music and what is happen'; I can talk movies, stars, fashion, TV, reality, and (thanks to your Mother) smart pant suits!!
Thank you! (and say "thanks" to your Mom too)
Whoaa...whoaaaa...wait a minute. He waves back and you don't immediately run to him with arms open wide????
This is James, the writer and the guy who was with Carlos yesterday. I don't mean to rain on the parade, but there were other people around Carlos who were also yelling at this guy. I wouldn't say there was "a moment." But for Carlos' sake I'll play along!
James
Thanks Dale! Sorry, the link for James wasn't the right one. James is a good friend and a great writer who could be a whole lot more if he liked Mariah Carey. Sorry, that was an inside thing... And I'm glad I made you cooler to your nieces and nephews! I try to keep up because you know what they say, you're only as old as you... ouch, my knees...
LOL Dani! I could have run to him except I'm pretty sure I would have been shot to the ground by a sniper. He was in the parade, I was not.
JAMES! I did have a connection with him! And don't believe James. No one was yelling at Urie except me. Because I'm the only one who cared...
If only you could have told him you would have tickets to Twelfth Night. He could have been your plus one.
I know Sam! But alas maybe next time...
